Cheese Board-Cheese Harp

Made exclusively in the U.S.  Originally designed for an exclusive chain of cheese shops in Wisconsin.  Constructed of stainless steel and Corian and totally hand-made.  This cheese board is highly engineered and is totally unique in design and function.  A stainless steel cutting wire on a sliding arm makes for exacting cuts without having to handle the cheese block that is on the cutting board.  A great conversation appliance at your next dinner party or wine tasting.  All food grade components and is designed to last a lifetime.  Makes for a great wedding gift or for catering events.
