“-A very complex design using the end grain cuts of hardwood and assembled in such a way as to give a very unique design. A walnut insert adds to the unique character of this cheese board. A piece of walnut insert is added to the top as a cork in a bottle. (Only hardwoods used in construction.)
Exotic Wood CheeseBoard
Made up of multiple exotic hardwoods that have different natural colors. Very unique for cheese presentations. Due to the nature of the hardwood utilized it is also ideally suited for laser engraving.

-Rubber pads on each corner keeps the board from slipping and a carved out indentation keeps crumbs on the board.

Made exclusively in the U.S. Originally designed for an exclusive chain of cheese shops in Wisconsin. Constructed of stainless steel and Corian and totally hand-made. This cheese board is highly engineered and is totally unique in design and function. A stainless steel cutting wire on a sliding arm makes for exacting cuts without having to handle the cheese block that is on the cutting board. A great conversation appliance at your next dinner party or wine tasting. All food grade components and is designed to last a lifetime. Makes for a great wedding gift or for catering events.

The cutting board has a slightly curvature/radiused cutting surface to facilitate a clean cut for cheeses or fruits. The bow is stainless steel and slides back and forth on a stainless bar.
The Cheese Harp is totally diswasher safe.
