When The Rivers Ran Red-Wine Country History

Vivienne Sosnowski is from Healdsburg, CA and wrote, When The Rivers Ran Red. It came out in hardcover, but now it is in paperback as of September 14, 2010.  A great read about the early years of wine country through Prohibition.  Do you know how long Prohibition lasted in America?  By accident I found and read the hardcover book.  I was so intrigued with the book I talked to the Napa County Historical Society to get some other information for a story I was writing about wine country.  They confirmed that Vivienne is a great authority on the history of California’s Wine Country.

The book is about 200 pages, but Vivienne’s original research had the book at 400 pages.  My guess there will be more books to come from Vivienne Sosnowski about wine country.  Anyway, When The Rivers Ran Red is a great read for history buffs and wine lovers.

Don’t forget our corporate program for our Wine Gift Boxes, Trivets, Bottle Stoppers, Cheese Boards and a special deal on the Soiree Wine Aerator.

Thanks!
