Aerating Glasses-New handmade, mouth blown wine glasses
We are offering on a test basis some new wine glasses we found from an artist in Seattle. These are elegant, light weight, sturdy and made of a special formula that is most similar to the quality of lab glass.
What makes them unique is the spiraling ridges (I call them veins) that are on the inside of the glasses only. As wine is swirled in the glass, the wine ripples over the counter-clockwise spirals which aerates the wine. Further the spirals go the the rim of the glass. The edge of the glass feels very nice on the lips.
In July we will sell them for $50 per glass and the initial orders for $40 each-Stem and non-stem. This market test offer ends on 15 June 2011.
